KCPL | Safety & Training Facility

The Safety & Training Facility is located at 10054 Raytown Road, Kansas City, MO. The project is composed of a one story building with a footprint of 55,000 SF. The program included work shops, locker rooms, a library, training rooms, an office area with standard support area, storage areas, mechanical and electrical rooms, data/server rooms, security rooms, a dock area, as well as a refuse and recycling operations area. The project is currently being documented for LEED Certification.
