This project was part of a larger project that included the development of a 265,000 SF four story facility to accommodate 100,000 SF of office space for the CDS Regional Headquarters, and 80,000 SF for the Phase 1 Research unit. The fitness center utilized approximately 1,900 SF. The facility earned a "LEED Silver" designation.
