This project included the development of a new 11,000 SF office building designed for two tenants – an office space and retail space. The exterior of the building is pre-case concrete, brick, and stone. The retail portion of the facility features high vaulted ceilings and a stacked stone feature wall, as well as stained concrete floors and moveable display partitions.
