Located in Wichita, Kansas, this 2,540-square-foot commercial restaurant building was developed in partnership with Waterfront Commercial Properties, LLC as part of the prestigious Waterfront mixed-use development in East Wichita. Designed as the shell for a new Starbucks location, the project carefully integrates the Starbucks national prototype with elevated exterior materials and detailing that reflect the architectural character and high design standards of the surrounding Waterfront district.
Our team collaborated closely with the developer to ensure the building supports Starbucks’ operational and branding requirements while enhancing the pedestrian-friendly retail environment of the Waterfront. Exterior finishes were selected to align with both Starbucks’ recognizable modern aesthetic and the refined, upscale context of East Wichita’s premier commercial corridor. The result is a thoughtfully designed retail shell that balances national brand consistency with site-specific architectural character, contributing to the continued growth and vibrancy of the Waterfront development.
