This 8,400-square-foot industrial maintenance shop was designed to support Slawson Exploration’s field operations with a durable, highly functional workspace tailored to equipment servicing and daily operational needs.

The facility includes multiple service bays, a dedicated wash bay with trench drainage, and high-clearance overhead doors to accommodate service vehicles and specialized equipment. A storage mezzanine provides additional space for parts and materials while maintaining an efficient footprint at the ground level.

Interior support spaces include staff facilities with a shower and locker area, allowing field personnel to transition comfortably between job sites and administrative areas.

Clerestory windows introduce natural daylight into the shop, improving visibility and working conditions while reducing reliance on artificial lighting during daytime hours.

The building’s straightforward structural system and durable material palette were selected for long-term performance in the demanding climate of western North Dakota, creating a reliable and efficient operations hub for Slawson Exploration.
