This project includes the site, shell and core upgrades and the tenant build-out of the Corporate Headquarters Office/Office Support facility in Overland Park, KS.  The renovated facility accommodates the space needs of “Mortgage Lenders of America”. The building is a 2-story office and support facility with approximately 75,000 SF.
