Mortgage Lenders of America relocated its corporate headquarters into a renovated 75,000-square-foot office building in Overland Park, Kansas. Bell/Knott provided architecture and interior design services for the building renovation, including site, shell, core, and tenant improvements that transformed the facility into a modern workplace tailored to the company's operations and culture.

The headquarters was designed to support collaboration, employee wellness, and long-term growth through a variety of work settings, including open office areas, conference rooms, informal collaboration spaces, fitness amenities, and employee cafés. A dramatic central stair and light-filled lobby create a welcoming arrival experience while encouraging movement and interaction throughout the building. Contemporary finishes, vibrant accent colors, and flexible workspaces reinforce the company's identity while creating an engaging environment for employees and visitors alike.
