The work included completion of design documents for the remodel of Monarch Plastic Surgery Center. Work included the demolition of the floor, walls and ceilings and replacing with new finishes. The work also included the complete design of a new mechanical distribution system, electrical and sprinklers. The plumbing work included a new restroom, break room fixtures and sinks in exam, skincare and procedure rooms.
