Designed as part of the Cedar Point Safety & Training Center campus, this specialized training facility provides a controlled environment where utility lineworkers can safely develop and refine essential field skills throughout the year. The building accommodates full-size line trucks, climbing poles, and elevated work platforms, allowing instructors to recreate real-world scenarios regardless of weather conditions.

The facility features a large indoor soil training area where utility poles can be installed and replaced, along with a mezzanine level that enables instructors to observe and evaluate climbing techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures. Purpose-built to support workforce development, the project enhances operational readiness while providing a flexible, durable environment for hands-on utility training.
