The project included design and master planning for a data center space, office areas, warehouse, and supporting infrastructure located within an underground facility. Currently the first two phases are completed, with the third and fourth phases scheduled to begin within the next two to four years. Raised floor areas have been designed to be expandable in 5,000 SF blocks, along with adjacent supporting areas. Once complete this facility will have 20,000 SF of data center space and a 5,000 SF office space and will be served by 10 megawatts of utility and stand-by generator power.
