Designed as a purpose-built mission-critical technology campus, Cavern Technologies combines corporate office space with a highly secure, redundant data center environment supporting continuous operations. The project includes a 60,000-square-foot data center, a 12,000-square-foot operations and office facility, and future expansion capacity for additional mission-critical infrastructure.

The facility was planned to maximize reliability, security, and operational efficiency through redundant utility systems, specialized mechanical and electrical infrastructure, and dedicated network operations spaces. Contemporary office environments support staff collaboration while seamlessly integrating with one of the region's advanced data center facilities.
