The BIVI packaging and distribution warehouse (PDW) involved an initial effort to survey several existing packaging and storage facilities that were in use and nearing end of lease. Based on this input, a new 260,000 SF facility was designed to consolidate multiple packaging and warehousing functions into a single location and reduce the transportation and handling required between steps in the process.
