This project included the complete renovation of an existing office and warehouse facility in Lenexa, Kansas. The new 30,000 SF facility consisted of 18,000 SF data center and environmental support infrastructure functions. The facility was designed and built as a Tier II/III facility, with multiple redundant components. The remaining 12,000 SF were built out for office and office support spaces. The finishes for this space are “high tech lounge” and incorporate Arsalon’s corporate image throughout the space.
