Located in Wichita's historic College Hill neighborhood, this 2,000-square-foot Andy's Frozen Custard serves as a thoughtfully designed urban infill project that complements the area's walkable character while introducing a nationally recognized restaurant brand. Developed with ICT Capital, the project reinforces the neighborhood streetscape and contributes to the continued revitalization of one of Wichita's most established commercial districts.

The building combines Andy's recognizable brand identity with architectural details that respond to its surrounding context, including a welcoming storefront, covered outdoor ordering area, and vibrant custom mural by a local artist.
