Located in the heart of College Hill in Wichita, Kansas, this 2,000-square-foot commercial restaurant was developed with ICT Capital, LLC as an urban infill project designed to strengthen and revitalize one of the city’s most established neighborhoods. College Hill is known for its walkability, historic character, and strong community identity, and this project thoughtfully reinforces that existing urban fabric while introducing a nationally recognized brand to the area.
Designed as the new home for Andy’s Frozen Custard, the building integrates the brand’s recognizable architectural elements—clean lines, welcoming storefront presence, and vibrant identity—while carefully responding to the surrounding neighborhood scale and character. A custom mural by a local Wichita artist further anchors the project within the community, creating a sense of place and celebrating the neighborhood’s creative energy. The result is a modern yet context-sensitive restaurant that enhances the streetscape, supports pedestrian activity, and contributes to the continued revitalization of College Hill.
