Included development of a 75,000 SF data center within a warehouse/office facility. Phase I development included 11,400 SF of data center space rated to an electrical load of 200W/SF. This included leasing data floor, a point of presence, network facility, and electrical and mechanical support spaces. Space was provided for future data processing floor area rated to an electrical load of 50W/SF.
