Bell/Knott's use of geometric patterned wallcoverings and a rich color scheme combining warm and cool colors provides a contemporary update to the lobby, restaurant/bar, and guest rooms. Blues and browns were utilized to create an inviting and calming atmosphere, while purple finishes were selected to pay homage to Manhattan's local university, Kansas State University.
