This 80,000 SF facility is constructed of pre-cast concrete panels to assimilate with existing nearby buildings. A change in pre-cast on the front elevation gives the facility an identity of its own. The building façade also incorporates glazing and sheet metal canopies. The facility was designed as a GMP warehouse with strict mechanical design guidelines.
