This project included the complete renovation of the Quality Corporate Headquarters Building located in Overland Park, Kansas. Work was performed throughout the two level 38,000 SF facility and included all new office spaces, both private offices and open area workstations, conference and break rooms. The main lobbies have been renovated with new reception areas. An employee patio is being added with shade structure built out of tension fabric. The design concept utilized openness by using frameless glass wall systems, and staggering the offices such that a continuous line of sight can be maintained throughout. High end finishes were used as this is the Headquarter space for QTS, which is a large, national level technology services company.
