This project included a new two-story Data Processing Center consisting of a 30,000 SF first floor containing a 20,000 SF computer room and mechanical/electrical support area, as well as a 9,000 SF second floor for administrative offices originally designed and built in 1993 by Bell-Knott and JE Dunn. The system design included two 160 ton modular cooling towers and redundant mechanical systems. Electrical design included power distribution, UPS, batteries, 415 Hz equipment and power distribution modules. This project included an architectural precast concrete exterior, 78 parking spaces, and extensive landscaping. Overall employee health was a priority so part of the renovation included updating the fitness facility with new finishes and fixtures.
